My Running Idol - Mr Dale Huang

There are so many inspiring runners out there, each with their own stories and running motto. I personally inspire Dale Huang, a Taiwanese marathoner. He is very well known for his happy running attitude. He often travel around the world to participate in full marathons, and he would also snap lots of beautiful pictures during his 42km running journey and share his joy with everyone. Whenever i browse through his running pictures, i can feel his love, joy, and happiness towards running.
After i complete my first ever marathon, Standard Charatered KL 2012, I finally understand why Mr Dale Huang would choose to participate overseas running event. It is because when i run, i can have direct connection with the beautiful scenery. It is definitely different from sitting on the car, looking through the window scenery! For example, River Jungle Marathon, not only i can inhale the fresh jungle air, i can also take my time to enjoy all the scenery. It just feels like, i'm actually connected to mother nature, and it feels fantastic!
Mr Dale Huang always say, Run Happy. And that's what running is about! Run Happy, Run Healthy ~
:)
