Happy Runners ^o^

This is how i would like to describe myself - ENERGETIC , COLORFUL , OUTGOING and most importantly a HAPPY RUNNER ~ :D Despite the exhaustion while struggling to reach the finishing line, i still hang a sweet and satisfied smile on my face when i see a running event photgrapher. Because to me, a smile is a curve that sets everything straight!! = )

Thinking back to my ''old times'' (or not too old lols)  I used to be an overweighted, boring housewife living on a grey and dull life. Until one day I decided to pick up running, no, not running, its slow jogging to lose weight =w= ... 2 years later the world had turn up-side down, i'm officially a ''graduated '' runner xD and i run not because of losing pounds and stones, i run because running feeds my soul , quench my fire , and let's just say , running makes me feel ALIVE ! Running completes me, it just makes me feel that nothing is IMPOSSIBLE and  nothing can ever stop me again, because i am who i am , and running taught me to be confident in myself, and release the beast within >: D

Let's be honest, who could resist a sizzling , scrumptious , deliciously cooked food that's served in front of you? I believe most of the runner run to be guilt free. Before i run , in order to mantain my shape i have to eat like a poor bird ... But after i run i can even eat like a truck and not gaining any weight, how AWESOME! Carbo loading everyday hehehe xD

Damn, im drooling now :P .......

My friends often say im insane because i would PAY $ to RUN , and that sounds very unreasonable to them. Of course, they don't run and they won't understand the addiction and love for running. There are just countless benefits of running, you can have strong and healthy heart + lungs , sexy abs or curves , slows down the process of aging etc. And thats just a bait in a hook to attract people to start running LOLS!! But to me, as long as i run , i feel so relaxed and happy!! And i feel that completing each milage or race makes me a stronger person. Mile by mile ... race by race ...  every goals that i had achieved, at least i've found something to fill up my life!

When i heard Brook's logo - Run Happy, i felt fantastic! Probably it's because the logo precisely described my running life. To me, running is not about stressing about timing or to win cash + prizes ( of course that is, depending on each runner's personal goal / aim too ^^) as long as im happily running on the road, then i'm living a good life :D

RUNNING IS AWESOMEE!!!!
